Town Accountant
The mission of the Stoneham Accounting Department is to provide accurate and timely financial information to local, State and Federal government officials, residents, lenders and vendors for their decision-making process, all in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws and Generally Accepted Accounting Principals, as well as the analysis of data and making of projections intended to guide local officials through the fiscal process and to ensure that all Town departments are operating within the approved budgets.

Town Administrator
The mission of the Town Administrator's office is to implement the policies and work to achieve the goals of the Select Board and to administer and oversee the day-to-day functions and activities of, and services provided by Town government.

Town Clerk
The Town Clerk’s Office issues state licenses and permits, including marriage licenses, business licenses and renewals, dog licenses, fuel storage renewals, raffle/bazaar permits and requests for public documents.
