Stoneham Board of Selectmen – Minutes of Special Meeting of January 12, 2010
Chairman John F. DePinto called the meeting to order at 8:45 a.m. Also present were Selectmen R. Paul Rotondi and Selectman Frank Vallarelli and Town Administrator David Ragucci.
Reaffirm Date of Warrant Closing for Annual Town Meeting
Selectman Vallarelli moved to confirm that the Annual Town Meeting Warrant will close on Monday, February 22, 2010, at 4:00 p.m., in accordance with Section 2-7 of the Town Code. Motion was seconded by Selectman Rotondi and unanimously voted (3-0).
Motion was made and seconded to adjourn. Motion was unanimously voted (3-0).
Meeting adjourned at 8:46 a.m.
