Stoneham Board of Selectmen – Minutes of Meeting of September 15, 2009
Chairman John F. DePinto called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. Also present were Selectmen Richard S. Gregorio, R. Paul Rotondi, Robert W. Sweeney, Frank Vallarelli, Town Administrator David A. Ragucci, Town Counsel William H. Solomon, Planning Board Chairman August Niewenhous, and Members Kevin Dolan and Kevin McLaughlin.

Executive Session
This was a joint meeting with the Planning Board. Selectman Sweeney moved to go into executive session, pursuant to Chapter 39, Section 23B, and not return as the Board of Selectmen, seconded by Selectman Gregorio. Motion was unanimously voted. Motion was made and seconded by Planning Board members to go into executive session, pursuant to Chapter 39, Section 23B, and not return as the Planning Board. Motion was unanimously voted (3-0).
Meeting adjourned at 6:06 p.m.
