Stoneham Board of Selectmen – Minutes of Meeting of May 4, 2009
Vice Chairman R. Paul Rotondi called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Also present were Selectmen Richard S. Gregorio, Robert W. Sweeney, Frank Vallarelli, Town Administrator David Ragucci, and Town Counsel William H. Solomon. Chairman John F. DePinto was unable to be present.

The Board assigned motions.
Approve Minutes
Selectman Sweeney moved approval of the 4/21/09 executive session minutes, seconded by Selectman Gregorio. Motion was unanimously voted (4-0). Selectman Sweeney moved approval of the 4/21/09 minutes, seconded by Selectman Vallarelli. Motion was unanimously voted (4-0).
Approve 448 Main St Site Plan Decision Letter
Selectman Sweeney moved approval of the 448 Main Street site plan decision letter, seconded by Selectman Gregorio. Motion was unanimously voted (4-0).
Approve 485 Main St Site Plan Decision Letter
Selectman Sweeney moved approval of the 485 Main Street site plan decision letter, seconded by Selectman Gregorio. Motion was unanimously voted (4-0).
Approve 407 Main St Site Plan Decision Letter
Selectman Sweeney moved approval of the 407 Main Street site plan decision letter, seconded by Selectman Gregorio. Motion was unanimously voted (4-0).
Approve 18 Gould St Site Plan Decision Letter
Selectman Sweeney moved approval of the 18 Gould Street site plan decision letter, seconded by Selectman Gregorio. Motion was unanimously voted (4-0).
Approve 472 Main St Site Plan Extension Letter
Selectman Sweeney moved approval of the 472 Main Street corrected site plan extension letter, seconded by Selectman Gregorio. Motion was unanimously voted (4-0).
Approve Entertainment License/U Me Restaurant/19 Franklin St
Selectman Sweeney moved approval of the Entertainment License for U Me Restaurant, 19 Franklin Street, contingent on approval by Fire, Police, and Building. Motion was seconded by Selectman Gregorio and unanimously voted (4-0).

Approve Arbor Day Proclamation/Jim Previte
Selectman Sweeney moved to grant approval of the Arbor Day proclamation which proclaims May 8th as Arbor Day in Stoneham. Motion was seconded by Selectman Gregorio and unanimously voted (4-0).
Executive Session
Selectman Sweeney moved to go into executive session, pursuant to Chapter 39, section 23B, for the purpose of Stockwell Trust, and to return as the Board of Selectmen in the Auditorium at Town Meeting. Motion was seconded by Selectman Vallarelli, and a roll call vote was taken.

Motion was unanimously voted (4-0).
Meeting recessed at 6:48 to go into Executive Session.
Meeting reconvened at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium at Town Meeting.
