Stoneham Board of Selectmen – Minutes of Meeting of May 7, 2007
Chairman George E. Seibold called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Also present were Selectmen John F. DePinto, R. Paul Rotondi, Robert W. Sweeney, Frank A. Vallarelli, Town Administrator David Ragucci, and Town Counsel William H. Solomon.
Pledge of Allegiance
Approve Site Plan decision Letter/95 Maple St
Selectman DePinto moved approval of the site plan decision letter for 95 Maple Street, seconded by Selectman Sweeney. A roll call vote was taken. Voting in favor:

Motion was unanimously voted.
Approve Site Plan Decision Letter/41 Elm Street
Selectman DePinto moved approval of the site plan decision letter for 41 Elm Street, seconded by Selectman Sweeney. A roll call vote was taken. Voting in favor:

Motion was unanimously voted.
Sign South Elementary Draft Audit Report
Selectman DePinto moved approval of the South School Audit, seconded by Selectman Rotondi. A roll call vote was taken. Voting in favor:

Voting was 4-1. Motion carried.
Special Election/Chairman Seibold
Selectman DePinto moved to hold a special election on 6/19/07 for a $3 million override to operate the Town and the Schools. Motion was seconded by Selectman Rotondi and unanimously voted.
Trash Fee/Chairman Seibold
There was discussion.
Prepare for Town Meeting
The Board assigned articles.
Motion was made and seconded to recess and go downstairs to Town Meeting. Motion was unanimously voted.
Meeting recessed at 7:30 p.m.
Meeting reconvened at 7:44 p.m.
Meeting adjourned at 11:15 p.m.
