Stoneham Board of Selectmen – Minutes of Meeting of April 26, 2007
Chairman George E. Seibold called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Also present were Selectmen John F. DePinto, R. Paul Rotondi, Robert W. Sweeney, Frank A. Vallarelli, Town Administrator David Ragucci, and Town Counsel William H. Solomon.
Pledge of Allegiance
Cunningham Development & Construction, Inc/95 Maple St/Site Plan Hearing
Selectman Vallarelli read the published Notice of Hearing. Atty. Mark Vaughan was present to represent Cunningham Development and Construction, Inc. in their petition to construct a 200-unit Senior Residential Housing condominium complex (55 and over) consisting of three (3) 5-story buildings including parking at grade below each of the three buildings, a 4-story gatehouse building containing condominium units and common space, and associated parking, on the property located at 95 Maple Street, Stoneham, MA, on land owned by Marie G. Cort and Jay Fialkow, Trs., 95 Maple Street, Stoneham, MA 02180.
Selectman Sweeney read the Building Inspector recommendations. Selectman DePinto read the Public Works recommendations. Chairman Seibold read the Board of Health recommendations. Selectman Vallarelli read the Fire Department recommendations. Selectman Rotondi read the Police Safety Officer recommendations. Selectman DePinto read the Conservation Commission recommendations.
Chairman Seibold opened the hearing to the public. No one spoke.
Selectman DePinto moved approval of the site plan, with two years for completion. Motion was seconded by Selectman Sweeney, and a roll call vote was taken.

Motion was unanimously voted.
Meeting recessed at 7:28 p.m.
Meeting reconvened at 7:35 p.m.
Miscellaneous Correspondence
Chairman Seibold gave the gavel to Selectman DePinto. Chairman Seibold then moved to bring up the trash fee, seconded by Selectman Sweeney. A roll call vote was taken.

Voting was 3-2. Motion did not carry.
Selectman Rotondi moved to authorize the joint submission of the Richmond Company and the Town of Stoneham under the MORE program, seeking grant funds under that program, under the condition that this no way prejudices the Board’s position in approving any site plan. Motion was seconded, and a roll call vote was taken.
