Susan Columbus a//k/a Susan Hegarty/269 Main St/Site Plan Hearing
Selectman Seibold read the Notice of Hearing. Atty. Charles Houghton was present to represent Susan Columbus a/k/a Susan Hegarty in her petition to allow five (5) residential units above the ground floor plus the existing office use on the ground floor, the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce, would remain the same, on the property located at 269 Main Street, Stoneham, MA on land owned by said Susan Columbus a/k/a Susan Hegarty Trustee of 269 Main Street Real Estate Trust, 9 High Rock Road, Stoneham, MA 02180.
Selectman Kennedy read the Public Works, Police, Board of Health, Fire Department, and Inspectional Services departmental recommendations. Chairman Sweeney opened the hearing to the public. No one spoke. Selectman Seibold moved acceptance of the site plan, seconded by Selectman DePinto. Selectman Seibold added two years for completion. A roll call vote was taken.

Approve Site Plan Approval Approval Letter/5-7 Hill Court
Selectman DePinto moved acceptance of the site plan approval letter for 5-7 Hill Court. Motion was seconded, and a roll call vote was taken.

Miscellaneous Correspondence
Chairman Sweeney referred to a letter from a resident from DiNanno Road concerning a business that might be operating. He asked Town Counsel to check with the Building Inspector. Selectman Seibold said he gets many phone calls on a Stevens Street business. He asked Town Counsel to look into that, also. Selectman Rotondi said there is a lot of this all over town and they ought to start clamping down on it. He said they should set up a program. He said that having a business in those neighborhoods takes away from the beauty of the town.
Selectman Kennedy noted the memo from the Fire Department explaining that they are understaffed. He said they should take it into account when they do the budget. Selectman Seibold suggested GPS for the Police, since they are short-staffed. Selectman Kennedy asked if they should invite department heads to their meetings. Chairman
