Stoneham Board of Selectmen – Minutes of Meeting of August 1, 2006
Chairman Robert W. Sweeney called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. Also present were Selectmen John F. DePinto, R. Paul Rotondi, Town Administrator Ronald J. Florino, and Town Counsel William H. Solomon. Selectmen Anthony C. Kennedy and George E. Seibold were unable to be present.
Miscellaneous Correspondence
Selectman DePinto moved to tell Town Counsel to answer the letter that the Retirement Board sent to the Board of Selectmen. Motion was seconded by Selectman DePinto and unanimously voted (3-0).
Town Administrator Reports
Town Administrator Florino said he has the Winchester Asst. Building Inspector taking care of 52 South Street.
Executive Session
Selectman Rotondi moved to go into executive session to discuss the Stockwell Trust and litigation and not to return as the Board of Selectmen. Motion was seconded by Selectman DePinto and unanimously voted (3-0).
Meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
