Chairman Sweeney called the meeting to order at 7:54 p.m.
Members present:

Request for Special Alcoholic License/Rev. William Schmidt
Selectman Rotondi read the letter from Rev. Schmidt, dated 3/21/06. Selectman DePinto moved to grant the two-day license for Rev. William Schmidt for 4/29/06 to 4/30/06 for an Elimination Raffle Night to be held on 4/29/06 from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Motion was seconded by Selectman Rotondi, and a roll call vote was taken.

Motion was unanimously voted.
Approve LLA Minutes of 3/28/06
Selectman DePinto moved to accept the LLA minutes of 3/28/06, seconded by Selectman Seibold. A roll call vote was taken.

Abstaining:
Selectman Rotondi
Voting was 4-0-1. Motion carried.
Selectman DePinto moved to adjourn and return as the Board of Selectmen. Motion was seconded, and a roll call vote was taken.
