Present for the Committee: John Bowen, Ben Caggiano, John DeAmicis, Richard Gregorio, Nick Stavre, John Warren, Matt Whooley, and Russ Wilson.
1. Call to Order -- The meeting was called to order by Chairman R. Gregorio at 7:30 pm.
2. Membership -- MOTION by M. Whooley TO RECOMMEND THAT R. WILSON FULFILL THE BALANCE OF P. JUDGE'S TERM THROUGH FY06-07 (expiring June 2007). SECONDED by J. DeAmicis. MOTION PASSES 8-0.
3. Chairs for FY 06-07
a. MOTION by M. Whooley TO APPOINT J. WARREN CHAIR OF FINANCE AND ADVISORY BOARD FOR FY06-07. Seocnded by J. DeAmicis. MOTION PASSES 8-0.
b. MOTION by J. Bowen TO APPOINT R. GREGORIO VICE-CHAIR OF FINANCE AND ADVISORY BOARD FOR FY06-07. Seconded by J. DeAmicis. MOTION PASSES 8-0.
c. MOTION by J. Warren TO APPOINT J. BOWEN RECORDING SECRETARY OF THE FINANCE AND ADVISORY BOARD FOR FY06-07. Seconded by J. DeAmicus. MOTION PASSES 8-0.
