Town of Stoneham, Massachusetts - Public Health Agent

The Stoneham Board of Health is seeking a Public Health Agent for 24 hours per week; benefits package provided. This individual will be responsible for interpreting and enforcing the provisions of the State Public Health Code, State Sanitary Code, State Environmental Code and rules and regulations of the Town's Board of Health. The Agent will be responsible for maintaining and developing innovative programs to safeguard and improve the general health of the citizens of the Town. The Agent will develop and implement Public Health and safety, and environmental health goals. Applicant should be a Certified Health Officer or Registered Sanitarian with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field; a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in Public or Environmental Health Administration is preferred.
