A Certified Plot Plan, ten copies. (Please have surveyor refer to the back of the Application for plan requirements.) Mortgage plot plans are not acceptable. |

Filing fee: $100.00 residential - $150.00 commercial. |

An abutter list must be ordered from the Assessors Office. There is a $25.00 fee. When completed, the list is forwarded to the secretary for the Board of Appeals for mailing the legal ad to the abutters. The Assessor’s Office has ten days to process, so order it ASAP. |

Applications must be submitted no later than three weeks in advance of the next scheduled hearing. The application must be complete; including plan, abutter list, and fee before it can be put on for hearing. There are no exceptions. |

A Legal Ad will by prepared by this office, you are responsible for bringing it to the Stoneham Independent and covering the cost of publication for two consecutive weeks. |

The legal ad will be mailed to your abutters by this office. You will be sent a bill for reimbursement of the postage. |
